you could luck out.... and find some generic capiscum cream at the $$ stores
sometimes or Icy Hot -- the blue stuff....with menthol
Soak in tub with hot water...then ice it...time heals back pain the best
unfortunately but these other implements will help you feel more comfy --
definitely tho get some Ibuprofens-- even these can be bought at $1 store--
take 600 -800mg as those are 200 mg tabs-- of course consult a doc 1st b4
trying this stuff--
Also a back massager-- the kind you hold in your hand-- looks like a long
vibrator-- they come with heat too....
if insurance covers it-- some believe in chiropractors-- I have no opinion
as I have never been to one...
If it is inflammation then it takes time-- but it may be something else---
hard to really know...
